When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. We also collect data you provide through the Service, such as event details, player names, and match scores.
We use your information to run your account, organize events, and track match history.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We use Google Sign-In for authentication — only your name, email, and profile picture are received from Google. Event data (player names, scores, leaderboards) is visible to other participants in the same event.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are permanently removed. Anonymized match history is kept for leaderboard accuracy.
We use essential cookies for authentication and anonymous usage analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. No personal data is collected through analytics.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly from the Settings page in the app, which permanently removes your profile and personal data. You can also contact us at hello@sidecrumbs.com for any data-related requests.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app.
